Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives in 7 days.

Priority Shipping usually arrives in approximately 2 days with the exception of states such as Montana, Hawaii, and Alaska. Expedited shipping usually arrives within 1-2 business days depending on the location of the delivery address. You will be emailed tracking information once your order ships. We want to get you your Keppi products as quickly as possible once you have purchased them via our website. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at support@keppi.co

Our electrolytes are comprised of the following ingredients:

Calcium 75mg 
Ionic Trace Minerals 100mg
Other Ingredients:
Stevia Leaf Extract, Monk Fruit Extract, Tumeric Root Powder (for color), Citric Acid, Silicone Dioxide

What type of ingredients do you use?

Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner where they have been purchased from Keppi.co or via our Amazon Storefront (i.e. Sold By Keppi). Our warranty policy protects the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for 6 months after the delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and period. If you believe that your product has a defect in the way it was manufactured, please refer to your  Order ID and contact us for warranty evaluation by emailing us at support@keppi.co. We do our best to ensure our customers are happy and this is the fastest and easiest way to make it happen. 

Important: If you purchased from another Seller via other channels such as eBay, please contact the original Seller for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Keppi is unable to offer refunds, returns, or replacements for products purchased from third-party sellers or delivered outside the United States of America.
