Can I return my Keppi products if I am not happy with it?Updated 3 months ago

You can return your Keppi products if they are returned in the manner they were sold. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased no more than 6 months prior to returning. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure they are returned with all parts contained within the carry bag.

Prior to returning your Keppi products, please contact [email protected] with the following information:

-Order ID

-Products you would like to return

-Your preference for a refund or product to receive in exchange.

-For defective products, please include a photo of the issue in question (where possible) to expedite the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


The finer points of detail:

- Please be aware that Keppi can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser-value products and a partial refund.

- Keppi does not store your payment information and cannot charge your original transaction method for a more expensive item.

- Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser. 

- Keppi can only accept returns for items purchased through our Amazon store or our website. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your Keppi products were purchased.

- Keppi cannot exchange full-price items for those purchased at a sale price.

- Keppi cannot refund expedited shipping charges.

- Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse.

- Processing of returns can take up to 10 business days.

- Refunds issued to your account can require up to 10 days to post.

- Keppi cannot process returns for customers who live outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
