Steps to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply follow these steps to ensure we have all the information needed to process your request quickly:

  1. Reach Out to Our Support Team

    • Please email us at [email protected]. Our dedicated team will respond as soon as possible to assist with your refund.
  2. Include the Following Information in Your Email

    • Order ID: This can be your Amazon Order ID or the order ID from our Keppi Store.
    • Product(s) to Be Returned: Clearly list the items you wish to return so we can expedite your request.
    • Reason for Refund: Let us know why you weren’t satisfied with the product. Your feedback is invaluable for our improvement.
    • Photo of the Product (for defective items): If the product was defective, please attach a photo of the issue, if possible. This helps us assess and speed up the process.
  3. What Happens Next?

    • Once we have your details, our team will review your request promptly.
    • We’ll confirm your refund via email, and in most cases, it should be processed within 1–3 business days.

The finer points of detail:

- Please be aware that Keppi can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser-value products and a partial refund.

- Keppi does not store your payment information and cannot charge your original transaction method for a more expensive item.

- Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser. 

- Keppi can only accept returns for items purchased through our Amazon store or our website. All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your Keppi products were purchased.

- Keppi cannot exchange full-price items for those purchased at a sale price.

- Keppi cannot refund expedited shipping charges.

- Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse.

- Processing of returns can take up to 10 business days.

- Refunds issued to your account can require up to 10 days to post.

- Keppi cannot process returns for customers who live outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
