Thank you for choosing Keppi! We want to ensure you have a smooth return or exchange experience with us. Please read the following information carefully to understand our replacement and refund policies.


Refund & Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

  • Your product is returned in the same condition it was sold.
  • Your product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • All components, including any accessories, are included.

To complete your refund, please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

How to Start Your Refund or Replacement

Before sending back your Keppi product, please get in touch with our Customer Support at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Products you would like to return or get a replacement for
  • Preference for a refund or an exchange
  • If the item is defective, please include photos of the issue (if possible) to expedite the process.

Important Information for Refunds and Replacements

  • Gifts: Refunds for gifts will only be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Authorized Returns Only: We can only accept returns for items purchased through our Amazon store or our website. For other purchases, please contact the original retailer.
  • Sale Items: Full-price items cannot be exchanged for items purchased at a sale price.
  • Expedited Shipping Charges: We cannot refund expedited shipping charges.
  • Replacement Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your replacement to be processed.
  • Refund Posting: Refunds may take up to 10 days to post to your account.
  • International Orders: We cannot process returns for customers outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
